Hey Darius, thank you for this insightful post. Decision making is currently a hot topic for me and my business partner and he also wrote an article about it (https://medium.com/@PvonH/the-art-of-unbiased-decision-making-38ac40264ac7).

A major insight I took away from the research is to focus on the process. I found this quote useful:

I see the same sentiment emphasized in your article.

Then again, it is hard to come up with an actual process and stick to it. Do you have any “formal” processes in place to make important decisions?
